This map shows Montague County, est. 1924. The county seat of Montague is shown in the center. The county is served by several rail lines, including the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railroad and the Ft. Worth & Denver City Railroad. The northern border with Oklahoma is defined by the Red River, with Clay, Cooke, Wise, and Jack counties on the other boundaries.
