This map of Caldwell County shows the county seat of Lockhart at the juncture of two rail lines: the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railroad, and the San Antonio & Aransas Pass Railroad. Also shown are the surrounding Bastrop, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, and Travis counties.
