This map shows Loving County, est. 1887. The county is famous for being the home of the smallest county seat in Texas, with a 2010 population 19, nearly a quarter of the county’s total population 84. Loving County is bounded on the north by the State of New Mexico, on the east by Winkler County, and on the south by Reeves and Ward counties.
